ScanCove is built to keep your financial data private.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose. ScanCove has no third-party advertising, no third-party analytics, and no cross-app tracking.
The receipts and expense details you capture are used solely to scan, organize, and export your reports within the app. They are created and stored on your device; we do not receive a copy.
When iCloud sync is on, your data is stored and synced through your own Apple iCloud account. You can turn sync off in the app. ScanCove does not operate a server that stores your receipts and cannot access your iCloud data.
Receipt recognition runs on your device using Apple's on-device text recognition and, on supported devices, Apple Intelligence. Your images are processed locally and are not uploaded to ScanCove servers.
You can delete individual receipts, reports, or all of your data directly within the app at any time. Deleting the app removes its on-device data; iCloud copies are managed through your Apple account.
